We experienced advanced training at Mt.Turugi in Shikoku .四国・徳島県　剣山の先達修行

We participated in advance training at Mt.Turugi in Tokushima Prefecture in Shikoku.
Mt.Turugi is known as the holy mountain.
We entered the water of the river below 0 degree, and a Misogi was done.
Misogi is a ritual of Shinto bathing that cleanses the minds and bodies of water with water.
Then, we aimed at the summit.
We kept the deities in the middle shrine and carried them to the top shrine.
The summit was in a state where most of it can not be seen in the sea of clouds.

私たちは、四国、徳島県の剣山での先達修行に参加しました。
剣山は、霊山として知られています。
私たちは０度以下の川の水に入り、禊（みそぎ）が行われました。
禊（みそぎ misogi : purification rites）とは、心身の不浄を水で洗い清める神道の沐浴の儀式です。
それから、私たちは、山頂を目指して歩きました。
途中の神社でご神体を預かり、頂上の神社へと運びました。
頂上は、雲海でほとんどが見えない状況でした。
